- One night deposit is required to hold your room.
- Deposits are refundable if cancelled 7+ days in advance.
- Full payment is due at check-in.

- Cabin and Kitchenette rates are for up to 4 people.
- Additional people are $10 /person/night.
- Single night stays are an extra $10.
- Holidays require a 3 night minimum stay at full rate.
- Children under 12 free.

Pet Policy
- We allow pets to stay in the rooms for an additional charge of $10.00 /pet/night.
- We do not allow pets on any furniture (beds, chairs, sofas, etc).
- We request pets be on a leash, not be left alone in the rooms, and to keep barking to a minimum.
- Pet owners are responsible for their pets messes and actions.
